I have booked the room for seven nights with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the space was usually clean. The staff were pretty helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff on the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite great hotel and excellent area. I Definitely suggest Novotel Madrid Center!

Fantastic place, every thing is very near. Staff are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and talk good English. You’ll find activities every single evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s quite insignificant. Great quality for the price!

Me and my companion stayed at Novotel Madrid Center for 5 days for holidays to checking out the city. Novotel Madrid Center is situated in an incredibly central place, it’s clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable! There is only one point I’d personally counsel going ahead and that’s to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Over-all, I was very pleased with this choice and would certainly endorse it to everyone looking to go to Madrid.
