This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel at the reception were there at any time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Really great hotel and fantastic location. Unquestionably will suggest Hotel Victoria!
