Me and my lover stayed at Hotel Merian am Rhein for 7 nights for holidays to discovering the city. Hotel Merian am Rhein is found in a really central placement, it’s clean and the beds are quite cozy! There is just one issue I might recommend going ahead and that’s to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. However, I had been very pleased with this stay and would definitely endorse it to any one wanting to check out Basel.

I have stayed for 3 days with my fiance. Beds ended up comfy and the space was constantly pretty clean. Staff members were being really useful and pleasant and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
