Excellent my stay at Grand Hotel Sitea customer service assisted me have a new key Once i asked for support. The breakfast and foods generally speaking was excellent. All the workers I contacted have been really pleasurable.

Wonderful place, every thing is few steps. Staff are super pleasant and useful and talk fantastic English. There are actually activities each night and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s really slight. Great quality for the money!

The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. I have stayed for two nights with my husband. Beds were being cozy and the space was usually clean. The personnel were quite helpful and friendly and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel at least all along our stay.
