The employees is a ten, incredibly attentive and helpful. The food items, the facilities, all the things was Great. We spent an awesome stay and also the supper was tasty. We cherished Häcker´s Grand Hotel. We will come back there!

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days for holidays to discovering the city. Häcker´s Grand Hotel is situated in a really central situation, it is thoroughly clean as well as the beds are very comfortable! There is just one thing I might advise going forward and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, We were very happy with this place and would certainly endorse it to everyone trying to head to Bad Ems.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were there at any hours. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite awesome hotel and wonderful location. Surely will recommend this place!

Really nice and perfectly clean place. The area where is located is excellent, precisely what we needed. Beds were really comfy. There wasn’t a lot of the social ambiance but it really is excellent for a full night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely reserve again for my up coming come here.
