Good workers, incredibly welcoming and useful particularly during the day shifts. For the worth its an outstanding deal. The receptionist is brilliant, knows good locations to go to for visitors.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Very great hotel and terrific location. I Absolutely suggest Grand Hotel Villa Balbi!
