Great personnel, very welcoming and helpful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is amazing, is familiar with good locations to visit for travelers.

If you are visiting Edinburgh you should book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Stayed for 2 nights with my spouse. Beds were comfy and the space was normally clean. The employees were being quite useful and welcoming and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Good location, every little thing is very near. Staff are tremendous friendly and helpful and speak fantastic English. You can find activities every single night and it´s a very good way to meet people today. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s incredibly slight. Good value for the money!
