I have stayed for four days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff were being quite handy and friendly and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was super cool. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Stayed for three nights with my husband. Beds were being cozy and the room was always clean up. Staff members were being really useful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom have been clean plus the shower was super cool. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

The reserving method is quite simple and intuitive, the hotel and restaurant services is great, pretty attentive and welcoming, the hotel is renovated and also the rooms are incredibly clean.

Super location, every thing is very near. Team are super pleasant and well prepared and speak excellent English. You can find activities every single night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s pretty small. Fantastic value for the price!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were there at every time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty good hotel and terrific location. Surely will advise Claridge Madrid!
