Good staff, incredibly friendly and useful specially during the day shifts. For the price its a fantastic offer. The receptionist is great, is familiar with good locations to go to for visitors.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at all the time. The beds have been cozy and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Incredibly pleasant hotel and terrific location. I Definitely advise SEETELHOTEL Hotel Esplanade!
