The assistance was great, almost everything extremely new, each one of the personnel pretty attentive and helpful. Within the dining room every thing was tasty, top quality and quite handle with care.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were there at every time. The beds had been cozy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Extremely good hotel and wonderful location. I Definitely advise this hotel!

Quite good and clean spot. The placement is excellent, just what we needed. Beds ended up quite comfortable. There wasn’t a lot about the social environment however it´s superior for a full night relaxation. I loved my stay here enormously and will most likely come again for my future visit to Birmingham.

Fantastic location, almost everything is few steps. Staff are super welcoming and handy and speak great English. You can find activities just about every night time and it´s a fantastic way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s incredibly minor. Wonderful quality for the money!
