This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at all the hours. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members on the reception were available at every time. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Me and my companion stayed at Ashburton House – B&B for 4 nights for holidays to discovering the city. Ashburton House – B&B is situated in a very central situation, it is clean and also the beds are incredibly comfy! There is just one detail I’d recommend going ahead and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, I had been very happy with this place and would definitely suggest it to everyone looking to visit Scarborough.

I have stayed for 2 nights with my fiance. Beds ended up cozy and the space was constantly clean. The personnel were really helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Pretty nice and perfectly clean hotel. The location is great, exactly what we wanted. Beds were really comfy. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere however it´s superior for an entire night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will probably book once again for my upcoming stop by to Scarborough.
